Monster Plowing Company

Its been good using the company Monster Plowing for the winter and I have no complaints. I found them through the yellow pages and they've done everything we have asked of them!

I find this company to be a decent price with good service. I am a property manager and as far as I am concerned I would give them a 10/10 as I have had no complaints from my clients.

We used Monster Plow to do snow removal services this year. It was a pretty mild winter but they still managed to salt and plow the driveway when there was more snow or ice. We chose the premium package because we wanted the work being done in the early morning which was great to have. One day we needed them to salt our driveway and they came so quickly! The only thing I was not too happy with was that they indicated they would come once the snow stopped. Despite the fact it didn't turn out to be a huge problem because of the lack of snow, we run public workshops and we have typically 20 people showing up. I would have been really upset if the people arriving for the workshop had to plow to get through or out. I noticed other businesses had their property cleared and plowed unlike ours. I guess if we really did need them we could have given them a call and figured out a time for them to come in. But we weren't too happy about that. Other than that I really appreciated their communication services such as the e-mail updates.

I got a year contract with Monster Plowing and thought their service and company was fantastic. They handled all our snow removal and plow and did an excellent job. I heard about the company through their promotional e-mail and decided to go with their service this year.

Monster Plowing just did my snow removal and based on the amount of snow we had this previous winter it was hard to tell how efficient their work/service. I would generally give them a 7/10 as I have been working with them for 2-4 years now. They offer different packages and I am not the top priority, but they still have been good compared to other companies I have gone with. They aren't perfect, but they are still good. I think their price is very reasonable, but their quality of service needs to improved.

Monster Plowing company did my snow removal and cleared a common driveway for each of the condo units. They also shovelled the stairs for each condo unit (there are 12 units in total). We are really happy with their work and we have been using their services for over 5 years now!

I got Monster Plowing Services to do my snow maintenance this previous winter. They shovelled the side walk and the rear of my house. I don't live on this property as it is a rental, but I have yet to receive any complaints from the tenants. I am really impressed with Monster Plowing's communication services as they always send out e-mail updates before a storm is coming to let people know what they are going to do.

I went with the 'priority package' with Monster Plowing Service this year. It was a very mild winter and did not snow a whole lot. However, a couple weeks ago it was freezing rain and we had a huge problems because they salted in the middle of the night rather than in the morning. Our place was a skating rink the following morning and when we spoke to the company they were going to make us pay for another salting job - which I do not find to be an appropriate response.

Monster Plow did the winer maintenance and snow removal on a condo that I have a contract for. They were really to great work with, very professional and I am very happy to have used them this year. This was my first time working with this snow removal service company and I found their communication to be top notch and I have no complaints. I wasn't very happy with previous companies I had worked with in the past so this year decided to go with someone new. I found Monster Plowing through a google search.

Monster Plowing was our snow removal company for this previous winter. They removed snow from our parking lots, pathways, and also salted the ice covered grounds. I found their service has been pretty great; however, there hasn't been much snow this previous winter. They have only had to actually come in once or twice but did a really good job with the salting. They are always getting the job done before they're expected and salting the grounds (which has been great for our place). The only issue we had was at the beginning of the year they did accidentally bump a deck, but that was an error on all parts because the deck was hidden due to the snow. Overall, I am very happy with the work.
