Monster Plowing just did my snow removal and based on the amount of snow we had this previous winter it was hard to tell how efficient their work/service. I would generally give them a 7/10 as I have been working with them for 2-4 years now. They offer different packages and I am not the top priority, but they still have been good compared to other companies I have gone with. They aren't perfect, but they are still good. I think their price is very reasonable, but their quality of service needs to improved.
