I Had a several Complaint and they promised to Improve the Service . I will inform the the current situation and hopefully everything will be OK. .and they will provide the service according to contract.

I signed this company for this yera and luckly we had snow only twice but they could not handle it , it was very unproffesional , no custermer service at all. only one woman answering phone calls and she just nothing but argiving ,
