Deluxe Alarms

I contacted their agent who was referred to me by a friend. He was prompt and courteous. Went over our needs, were satisfied with their services and the next day installation was done. In the 5 years we've been with them, we've had a few false alarms due to faulty sensors in their equipment which they were happy to replace. Price was competitive, the only thing I will say, which applies to all alarm companies, is the response after the alarm is triggered. By the time they call you to the time the police get dispatched to the time they get to your door is a little long. It is what it is :)
