Excellent customer service

I was impressed with personal service I received. I have never dealt with a company that cared so much about their reputation. The person I dealt with (Matt) cared enough about my satisfaction to actually come to my house to recify a problem I had.
I am amazed that in this day and age their are still people that care about their work and reputation.

Sink leaking missed charged twice

Plumbing review in Peterborough

Asked to have my house checked for leaks or potential leaks. Plumber said everything was fine. Two weeks later my sink was leaking. Called them to come back and was told that leak had nothing to do prior inspection. (??)
I paid to have the place checked for leaks and possible problems and then had to pay again because they obviously missed something the first time. Or maybe they did not even check that sink. I wasn't home at the time.
Skip this company and save yourself some money and frustion.
