Argyle Flooring - No Longer in Business

We have paid for product still in the Argyle store which is going to be sold off by the land lord so we are out what we paid for the flooring!!!!!

Kumar and his team did a great job re-flooring the 1,300 square feet of our new home. The pricing was affordable, the delivery very prompt: they completed the job in two days. Would recommend in a heartbeat.

Deception, bad quality, poor customer service.......…comes to mind. The couple sold us a bad product, and then didn’t even bother to remediate the situation. After multiple emails and phone calls with Kumar led to no results. The hardwood they sold us is cracking, its easily scratches, is uneven and looks ugly. Do not deal with them as they sound very nice till they get your money. Pay little bit extra somewhere else but at least you will have a better product and service.

Kumar and his installation team (Ali + company) are probably the most thorough, efficient and professional company we have had work on this total home renovation. We would not hesitate for a split second in referring these respectful, caring and kind group of men.

Kumar and his team were excellent to deal with. I had visited a number of vendors to inquire about purchasing and installing German or Swiss Kronos wood laminate flooring. Kumar's approach was non pressure, informative and accommodating. I immediately decided on the spot that this was the company I wanted to deal with. His installer Ali was very professional as well. The original date of installation happened to be while we were having a major snow storm. Instead of pushing through and doing a rush job with slush residue left through my house, they professionally worked to accommodate me and make sure I got my job done as soon as possible after the snow cleared, I was very impressed.
The price for the product and labour was very fair and the finished product is excellent.

From start to finish, everything about my experience with Argyle Flooring was first-class. Kumar and Munira provided very knowledgeable and courteous service when I walked in, first helping to choose the right hardwood, then arranging to quote and schedule the work. All my emails were answered directly and honestly, usually within a matter of minutes.

Kumar conveniently offered to move up the demo/install by two weeks to avoid the busy holiday season at our home. Ali and his team of installers are legitimate pros. Trust me, they will not cut corners on the finer details, which is what sets them apart from average installers. Everyone who has seen their finished work has told us they did a masterful job.

What a refreshing experience! Kumar and his team provided excellent customer service. They arrived when they said they would, there were no surprise extra costs and the job was finished on schedule. The challenges that this old house presented were addressed by a friendly and skilled installation team.

Was very pleased with new hardwood flooring recently installed in our family room. Two people sent out arrived on time, were very polite and efficient in their jobs and within a few hours we had a beautiful new natural oak hardwood floor. It was suggested to me by my contractor that Argyle Flooring would be an ideal place for selecting flooring for my basement. I met the owner and his wife and I explained that I was looking for oak laminate. When they pointed to an oak sample, I showed Munira the colour chip for the walls. She very kindly remarked that a colour other than oak would highlight and enrich the walls much better and found three samples that she felt would achieve that. I used one, and the result is very beautiful.

Munira’s experience with product and colour was very much appreciated, as was their friendly, yet businesslike, dealings with both my contractor and me. If I have future flooring needs, I will be at their front door!
