Purchased a Groupon for 2 x 2 hour cleaning. Same as most other reviews, i wanted to book an appointment and was being up-sold additional hours. When i finally made it clear i was only interested in the 2 hour appointments i was scheduled an appointment 3 months later and a subsequent one 4 months from the time i had requested. The first appointment in November came and went without a call or email, when i inquired about it i was told the cleaner was sick, which i see in a few of these reviews. They offered to reschedule, which i attempted both by email and by phone and did not hear back. Second appointment was scheduled for Dec 20th, came and went without a call or email. I complained to Groupon a few days ago about the original appointment so they said they will contact On-Site to get in touch with me. I just received an email from OnSite asking if i would like to schedule a cleaning appointment, ignoring the whole situation all together and treating me like i am a new customer looking for a cleaning service.
The responses to peoples complaints are laughable. They are all very similar, and it's always the customers fault somehow etc... "your number was wrong, your address was unclear, we tried to get in touch, we are sorry you had a negative experience" If the Groupon's are not enough money for you to honor them you should stop offering them for sale... Do not waste your money people.
