I started with Alex and his Team for a 4 plex reno (in progress) and will not hesitate to recommend his work.
He has taken care of everything from the original drawings, CoA drawings and application fees, all the way to the final permits. We are currently working with his designer on bathroom and kitchen detailed layouts, along with whole house lighting plans.
There has never been a time when I have had to chase Alex and his Team for their deliverables and they have always exceeded my expectations.
