Seemed promising but never came back with a quote

We approached AN Heating for a quote to replace our HRV. He came to our house and seemed really knowledgeable and helpful. We followed up with an email with some questions, but we never heard back. We still haven’t replaced the unit, and could follow up with a call, but we were a bit disappointed by the lack of follow up. They are probably very busy.
