Furnace, Water Heater replacement
I got quotes from 2 other well known places, they were both quite a bit higher.
They installed for us:
- New dual stage, variable speed 100K BTU 95% efficiency furnace from York
- 4" media filter box.
- High efficiency water heater
- Evaporator Coil for AC unit which we will be finishing up in the spring
- Honeywell Prestige thermostat and accessories
They did all the permits, moved away my old units, cored the vent holes, did custom ducting/vents and installed the new units.
They also called in to the city to schedule the inspection, which passed with no problems at all.
I am happy with the equipment, price and worksmanship and I will be using them again in the spring.
I referenced the coupon from this site and he honored it with no problem.
