We appreciated having Wendell come out to our house to make a quick repair to our eaves about 8 years after original installation. Eaves were leaking by downspout and Wendell stopped by and completed quick repair and hopefully it will repair the issue. Nice to have the company stand by their product and workmanship. Thank you so much for this review. It was delighted to come to your house after 8 years. Our warranty is for 10 years and we always respond to service calls. But just to clarify for readers and our customers, the eavestroughs themselves were not leaking. Some one had put an object inside the downspout that had a fine mesh screen in it that was clogged. I removed the obstruction from the downpipe in seconds. I also saw another issue with the roof drip edge and fixed that for you free of charge since I was there. We sincerely appreciate your business.
