I called Mark because i was very happy with a job he did for me in the summer. Time was a factor in this case as the blockage rendered my kitchen unusable. I called Mark at 10pm and he was able to fit me in around noon the very next day.

After trying a few different things and re-piping under the sink and replacing the drains with brand new ones (simply because they were old and in dis-repair) Mark refused to take payment because the initial blockage remained a mystery.

Mark had to rush to another job but happily referred another company that specialized in my specific issue.... At the end of the day it turned out to be Ice/frozen and everything worked out.

I will continue to call Mark and refer anyone who asks.
