Tony, Crystal & Straight Up Masonry were very straightforward and easy to deal with. I only had to speak to them on the phone on one occasion to setup the initial quote. Everything else was done over email and communication with them was simple and prompt. I've never had such a stress-free experience with a service provider before. PLUS, the chimney now looks GREAT!
