Now this is a great small business
A 10/10 score for Samson and Tina, a husband and wife team who run the Appliance Healer repair shop. I accidently called them when they were closed, but they answered anyway, arranged for me to drop off my Neville Smart Oven and had it back to me in 2 days. Cost me $100 to pay for repairs I could never do and didn't have the tools or knowledge to even try (I did watch a YouTube repair video which really convinced me that I had no idea what I was doing). Wonderful customer service; and wonderful small business. They use an old farmers wagon at the local church for drop offs and pick ups, which is actually pretty convenient and also secure (thanks to strong locks, a lock box, an intercom, and high quality security cameras). Do I recommend them: yes!
