These guys are good. I threw many curveballs their way and asked them to do specific soundproofing construction things they'd never done before. As annoying as I must've been, Andrew was incredibly accommodating with my numerous changes and requests. He knew I wanted a soundproofed home theater/entertainment area in my basement and that's what he helped deliver. I couldn't be happier with the end result. I love it. The construction team is thorough and they do excellent work. I spent a ton of money going overboard with my soundproofing requests but at the end of the day, it was worth it. I can blast movies/games/music and you can't hear anything (minus a little rumble from the sub bass) on the two floors above. Even though it was their first time with a build like this, they knocked it out of the park… now they can add an expert soundproofing notch on their belt. Whatever your plans are, I would highly recommend this company if you want to finish your basement. My neighbour already contracted them for his basement after seeing mine.
