We were very pleased with Ecowest's professionalism starting with Brian who provided us with the initial quote. I appreciated that he didn't run down other companies and encouraged us to get other quotes. The work crew were on time, very polite and worked very efficiently. We had a couple of small issues after the installation that were handled immediately and to our satisfaction. We are enjoying our new windows and doors and have definitely noticed a reduction in outside noise and an improvement in our heating costs. We would be glad to recommend Ecowest to our family and friends.
