Pedro was recommended to us by a colleague who was familiar with his work from other projects. We found Pedro to be very professional and attentive to the details of our project. He was helpful in helping us engage other experts, such as the structural architect, to move our project along. As well, he was familiar ,with working with the town in order to acquire the appropriate permits, etc. We are very happy with the overall design of our home - perhaps the one ask we have would be to make recommendations of how best to use the space or to suggest alternatives if we asked for something that did not make sense from a design perspective. That said, different clients will have different expectations - we were very open to input. We have received countless compliments on the design of our home - inside and out. Not only from friends and neighbours, but from contractors and trades people that did work on our home. Great job.

Pedro is very unprofessional and careless towards clients and the project. Delayed our project by at least 6 months due to his attitude. Billed retroactively for writing letters required by the City. Would not recommend him to anyone. Made mistakes in details of design. And didn't add much value to the design process.

Pedro is a friend first, but also a good architect. He was able to disect and understand the binder full of floor plans and design ideas that I handed him. Pedro delivered sketches, floor plans and elevations in a timely manner. He also understood and delivered drawings for the many design changes that I made. Professionally Pedro is knowledeable, patient, understanding, personable and reasonably priced. I would recommend Pedro to anyone.
