The first tub I ordered was defective, but the supplier wouldn't return it, but Emco did.
The next time I did bathroom rents, I went to Emco expecting the same service. I ordered a tub - they said 3 weeks. Today it is 3 weeks later but they said the order was delayed and it would be another 3 weeks. During the past 3 weeks, we called several times to ask about our order and delivery date - and at no point were we ever told about a delay or any problems with our order.
Bad customer service.

I go to the EMCO show room to take a look of bath tub,shower,and toilet. I ask many question they give me all the answer . I only buy one bath tub . They give me lower price . I am very happy.

Emco was recommended to us by our plumber. They were very price competitive. We wanted very cost effective fixtures and didn't want to blow the bank on this aspect of our house build. Emco had a great selection at various price points. Joan Fiander was very helpful and knowledgable with her products. She was able to ascertain what my needs were and respond to and meet them.

we purchased our bathroom fixtures for three bathrooms from emco. they had a good selection. they had a knowledgeable staff who were able to make good recommendations. they knew their product lines well and recommended products that matched our aesthetic needs. their prices were comprable to other fixtures retailers. before you decide on a bath tub make sure that you sit in it . our bath tub looks great but doesn't fit my body - i can't stretch my legs out. i didn't take the time to try out our bathtub and wish i had.
