My wife and I were thoroughly impressed with the high quality, professional report that was provided to us on the same day that the inspection was conducted. Terra was more than happy to answer our questions throughout and we learned a lot about the property we are in the process of purchasing. Surprise leave-behinds included a handy set of tip sheets, a filing packet for home-related items, a tape measure, and stickers/flags to indicate the shut-offs, etc. for the hot water tank, the main water line and the furnace.
