Seal Tech Inc

I contacted Seal Tech Inc. by telephone to obtain a quote to have my wooden fence sealed and stained. They called me back the same day with a quote - which considering the time required to complete the job was reasonable. I was booked in for the next day. A technician power washed the fence on the first day. Two technicians returned the following day to seal the fence. Originally I planned to have the fence stained but Ryan contacted me and explained that considering the age of the fence it would be best just to seal the fence. I followed Ryan's expert advice and very pleased with the end product.

Seal Tech workers arrived on time both on the day of cleaning and the day for staining. They introduced themselves to me and answered all questions in a friendly and positive manner. They paid attention to details, covering my a/c unit and plant life around the area where they were working. They were very careful not to damage any plant life as they sprayed. They took their time, were focused and did a truly professional job. We are extremely pleased with the work they did and I would definitely recommend Seal Tech Inc.

I emailed Seal Tech for a quote to seal my patterened concrete pool deck and natural stone front stairs. They emailed and called me back immediately with a quote - which was very reasonable. I was booked the same week to have the work done. The technician showed up on time and was in and out in 3.5 hours - job complete! The finished product looks great! I would definately recommend them.

Ryan's crew were very effecient and did a great job pressure washing and sealing my decorative concrete driveway. Job was done in one day and driveway looks fantastic. I have also used Seal Tech to wash and stain my deck a few years ago and again they were very good. I highly recommend Seal Tech!

We are repeat customers because they did such a superb job in 2009 at a reasonable price. They were kind enough to put all our heavy furniture back on the deck when it dried. And the stain job lasted 3 years!! This year we had a rocky start with SealTech. The owner, Ryan, gave us the same price we paid 4 years ago (quoted by his lovely wife) without coming out to see the deck job (on a ravine so it was 1-storey above the patio; 2-storey lattice wall on one side). I sent him pictures to jog his memory. It seems the job should've cost more so Chris called him & he gave them the choice to leave the job after all furniture & bbq had been removed & stain had been stripped off! Can you imagine?! We were having company over that weekend & they knew it! So I offered to pay them $250. more in cash & they completed the job over 3 visits due to rain preventing completion. The job was done beautifully in the end, like last time. Day 3: Richard replaced some questionable spindles that Chris pointed out to us the prior visit (for a cash tip, spindles supplied by us & painted by Richard) . Altho' he could've installed them better (upright, even spacing), it will do. But they wouldn't send anyone to come back when the paint dried to put the furniture back without an extra $250. because we were too far (2 heavy pieces: cast aluminum dining table & huge bbq)! They were an honest, reputable company in 2009 but I'm starting to wonder about this year's business practices. Being based in Scarborough, they find Mississauga is 'too far'. They shouldn't advertise in Mississauga if they don't want business from here. We recommend them again but beware the pricing upcharges at the last-minute. If you hire them, make sure Ryan or Chris come to see the job so there is no misunderstanding about scope of work.

It's been 3 years since having this work done. I hadn't been able to really afford it until just the last few weeks. Called Seal Tech (who has restored our driveway 2 times before) and they could schedule right away. Great service, staff amazing. I would recommend to anyone looking to have their interlock paving restored.

My deck now looks great! I love the colour. I was worried about the guys getting stain on my white fence... they didnt get 1 drop of stain on my fence!.. which was surprising because it was so close. Very happy with this company, the service and the price. The picture speaks for itself!
