I saw them at the Toronto home show and liked the fact that the sliding door closed slower. They came to install, but when it was finished the screen door didn't close slowly. I was told that I needed to get a speed reducer. I was never told that this was an option. I talked to the company and they decided to come back and install it for me. I was very happy that they were willing to make me happy.
The installation went well and it looks great. The installer also cleaned up after he finished.
