Not sure if and when I was to connect with Mr. Shutsa, but welcome pass along this note, I was very disappointed in the job, to be frank somewhat "low-grade", the salesperson did not understand skylights (specifically how your roof would be proud of the old skylights if I left them in-place as she suggested), nothing against the roofing crew but your specifications (if you have any) for strapping and proper shimming should be reviewed, disappointed in debris being left under the roof and there should be a magnet sweep of the perimeter area post work (yes/no?). I tried to do my part in assisting with food, water and clean-up because I know its not easy work. Simply just not a high quality roof for a high price roof.

Wayne did call you on July 6th, when you first made us aware of your concerns, and as you were unavailable at the time he left a message. This call was not returned. After posting this review, he again called on the 25th and this message was unreturned as well. Our Roofing Consultant has also been in contact with you about your concerns and has passed them along to Wayne as requested by you. As we are not aware of what may still be unresolved, please return our call during regular office hours to discuss.
