After spending a frustrating weekend shopping around for hardwood floor, we arrived upon Amazon Hardwood Center's shiny showroom! The staff treated us with the out-most respect and courtesy. We did not feel like we are dealing with a salesperson, rather with people who have known us for a long time. And after adding up the prices, we realized they are offering the best price for the best quality we have seen so far. It was a no brainier, we had to buy from Amazon Hardwood!

after shopping around for a while we ended up at Amazon hardwood center at their Toronto location on Norfinch Dr. they had a great selection and everything was in stock as well. The sales rep was professional and friendly and help making the decision real easy for us. Excellent pricing due to their great sales promotion they had at the time, which apparently they offer through out the year frequently. Installation went with out a hitch and as promised. Great company to buy hardwood from we were highly satisfied with our purchase and will also recommend them to others.

renovating my mother's house and we replaced the carpeted stairs with Red Oak Hardwood. and I think it was a great idea as there is new feel to the house and the whole experience from shopping, decision making, payment and installation was an absolute pleasure.

Amazon hardwood was our first and only store we visited but I have to say they were recommended to me by my great friend and colleague.

When we got there we were greeted by welcoming young man who I have to say was very Knowledgeable and patient. :). He helped us with finding the right Hardwood and walked us through the process as what we need to in order to get the job done right. I had no idea that installing stairs was more complicated and labor intensive than flat floor.

I also got to get meet the owner and he also was very pleasant and courteous. He even helped us with the pricing and gave us a great deal.

installation was great and fast, delivery was on time as well. very professional. quick and clean job. I was very happy that they didn't make any mess.

I highly recommend this company and this location specifically, they have few other locations.

We went to the Amazon Hardwood flooring company in Brampton by chance. Our son was driving and made a wrong turn into this company's driveway, good thing he did. First of all the salesmen, Carlos and Andrew were very welcoming and polite to us, they helped us throughout the store and answered all of our questions. They gave us a really good deal on the Hardwood we were looking to buy. Next was the installation, the installer Ming and his team were very punctual, helpful, patient and talented. They provided us with good service, there was no hassle or issues to be concerned with, contrary to what we read in the previous negative reviews. Overall our Hardwood experience was great, it looks gorgeous and we would strongly recommend anyone who is looking to buy and install hardwood in their home to go to this company.

Shopped around and this was an excellent price! Peter and his crew did a wonderful job of installation. Very professional and tidy. We are extremely happy with our new floors. Good job!!!!

We purchased the hardwood from Amazon Hardwood Center ( Brampton) store and scheduled the appointment for the installation. Carlos, the sales rep, was polite and promised that we can return unopened boxes if any leftover. We took a day off when the contractors were supposed to come, they never came, ignored our calls and then we witnessed an identical situation with other customers in the office. We had to find another contractors asap as our furniture was moved out and carpets were removed. After we paid for the hardwood Carlos' attitude became different. They got the money and didn't care about you any more. We had some stress arguing with Carlos when we tried to return 2 unopened boxes and didn't succeed. We lost $200 with leftover + rudeness and misleading info. I won't recommend to buy from this company if you want to save money and have peace of mind.

In late June 2012 I received a quote on laminate flooring from the store manager. However, when I returned to purchase the flooring two weeks later, the price had increased. I was taken back by the lack of professionalism and it was truly difficult to believe the utter disregard displayed. The store manager could not explain why he had increased the price, as the sale was still advertised on-line. Having no choice, given my tight schedule, I purchased the flooring at the higher rate.

We wanted engineered hardwood and had compared several places before settling with Amazon. they were very efficient to help us narrow down want we wanted and the price quoting process was quick, just shows they have lots of experience to work out the materials requirement and labour needs.

We will definitely use them again.

We recently purchased 900sqf . Mercier hard maple from Amazon Hardwood Center Markham location at Victoria Park. The quality of wood is perfect, the finish is excellent, we chose selected and better grade, only less than 5 pieces of wood has small black marks, they are arranged in closet, no concerns. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We are very happy with their product and service.
