Floor Laying & Refinishing review in Brampton

I came to the Brampton location to purchase flooring for my home. I had already purchased from you once and what a mistake it was coming back! The salesrep Jen was extremely rude and basically told me to go shop somewhere else because I asked her to honor the same price. I have never experienced such appalling service ANYWHERE in my life. My suggestion train your staff not to yell and be rude with the customers.... i watched them do the same thing to 2 other customers during my 10 min in the store. I unfortunately had to make a purchase due to my timelines in my project but i promise you that will be the last time and i will be sure to advise anyone i speak to to do the same

Worst product and staff

Floor Laying & Refinishing review in Brampton

I went to Amazon harwood in brampton looking for bamboo floors. I spoke to the salesperson by the name of Jen who at first was nice until we asked her if she has bamboo and she said it was not recommended in Canada because it comes from Japan, which was absolutely ridiculous. Then she tried to sell us laminate for 99cents which was cheap and it looked ok so my husband decided to go for it. When we got the product my installer said it was the worst laminate he has ever seen and said it does not hold when you click it together. I would never buy from them again and there salespeople have no clue what they are doing and dont know anything about floors. Stay away from them and save yourself the trouble.
