All Can Services

We met Elvis in November of 2009. He was in the area and noticed we had a few shingles on our roof that needed replacing. He had some extra in our colour and offered to do the work "for a song" :-) This year, we needed to replace the shingles over our garage. I contacted Elvis and he came over, gave me an estimate and in a couple of days our roof was done. He charged what he promised - no hidden costs. Elvis provides superior service, shows pride of workmanship and is just a great guy to deal with (the wife is a sweetheart too.) Any roofing job we ever need done in the future, we will be calling Elvis. Thanks! Be careful up there...

I read the review on All-Can Services here on Homestars and contacted Elvis Benoit right away, due to a roof leak. He showed up to my home on the other side of the city the next day to help me out. He explained in detail the issue and was able to repair it the same day, within just a few hours. It was a very pleasant experience and very professional. The cost was exactly what I was hoping for as well; as roof repair costs can get quite costly.

We had a leaking roof and I was looking for a handyman / contractor to make repair. I found references on the Home Stars website and they where very helpful. All-Can were on top of the list and I contacted Elvis to arrange the service. The references proved to be all true. Elvis indeed was very responsive and friendly. The job was done in a timely manner and at affordable price. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs repair and will definitely hire him for any other roof repairing needs. Thank you Elvis!

We had a leak in our roof and found that it's very difficult to get companies to repair a cedar roof. I called Elvis on Wednesday and he showed as promised on Sunday at 9:30am. We had to run some errands and left Elvis to complete the job by himself. By the time we came back, everything was done and no mess was left behind.

Today we had our first significant rainfall after the repair and there are no leaks.

We also had a clogged evavestrough which Elvis cleaned up and installed some guards without extra charge. I'm very happy with his service and will use him again when our roof needs to be replaced.

Elivs came and explained everything that he was going to do and offered helpful and useful advice for future maintenance. He was on time, prompt and was helpful every step of the way. He is also well-connected should your job need to be redone at some point in the future. He always returned my calls and did everything he said he was going to do - this means a lot to someone who has been given the run around from other contractors. I would highly recommend Elivs.

After heavy rain fall last weekend, we developed a water leak in the ceiling of our master bedroom. I called Elvis (All Can) and since he was in the area, he dropped by within a couple of hours. He inspected the damage & our roof and gave his recommendation (a closed valley repair). He was able to quickly and clearly explain the "fix" by showing us videos he had produced on Utube. We were really impressed. Elvis and his crew were back within two days to do the repair, which was done quickly and with little mess. They did a great clean-up and all the old shingles and materials were taken away. Elvis also "fixed" problems with a couple of downspouts!. It was great dealing with them and we wouldn't hesitate to use All Can again.

We noticed some wetness in the middle of the carpet in our daughter's bedroom. When we felt more of the wetness in the corner of the room, we moved some furniture and found water coming in through the floor, but strangely not through the ceiling or wall. When we pulled up the carpet - we found mould on the subfloor, underpad, and part of the baseboard. Unfortunately, our insurance company did not cover this roof leak which they stated was due to poor quality workmanship and advanced wearing of some shingle. Their own roofers simply told us we should get a new roof (on a 8-year old townhouse with 15-year shingle!). Another roofer didn't even go on the roof and said the same thing.

However, when we called Elvis at All-Can Services, he was extremely knowledgeable, to-the-point, and felt the situation was as urgent as we felt. He went up on the roof (took me with him) to show me exactly where the water was coming in, what the initial problem was, and what he would do to fix it. He gave me a quote on the spot, said a new roof was not necessary as there are no issues anywhere else on the roof. He fixed the roof in a day (while we were on vacation no less) and accepted payment after we returned from holidays. That came with a written 5-year warranty and good follow up. Elvis was simply a trust-worthy person who did what was necessary and not excessive (or the expensive solution).

I would highly recommend him and his team. Don't be a afraid of heights - go up on the roof with him to see exactly what he is talking about!

We received several quotes for the same job which were significantly higher. Elvis provided exceptional, timely and honest service. It has rained heavily since our skylight was repaired, and there is no sign of any leak. We would definitely recommend Elvis, and will not hesitate to hire him for any other roof repair.
