Home refresh

Etobicoke

Jonathan and his team did a great job painting our home and old kitchen cabinets. We needed the job done by Christmas and they pulled it off within five days. Furniture was moved to the centre of each room and covered, our wood floors were protected and the kitchen completely sealed off while he spray painted the cabinets. Very friendly and open to feedback. We are very impressed and will be calling the company again and recommending them to friends and family.

Soheil did a great job! He was professional, efficient and conscientious. He reviewed the work he would do before starting and checked in at the end to make sure we were happy with the job. Lauren was also great- she worked with me to adjust the quote and work, and was very responsive by text and phone. Thank you!

Pop-Up Project

Lauren and her team were phenomenal to work with. I can not say enough wonderful things about the work their team did, or how easy they were to work with! Looking forward to future projects that I can bring them in on - as the service was just through the roof fantastic. 10/10 recommend hiring them if you want 0 stress and 100% satisfaction.

Appalling & Low Quality

Absolutely appalling work. Floors and furniture were not covered and resulted in paint splatter all over. Missed paint, poor paint coverage, low visibility areas were not completed/missed. Paint was splattered on my cabinets, floors, furniture and other belongings. The company sent someone back to clean/repaint and again my floors/furniture were not covered. trim around doors was not properly taped and there were streaks of trim paint on my front door. I am still to this day finding paint that I need to clean up.

Company did offer to pay for various cleaning charges and came to agreement on final price, but I still feel I overpaid and will never use/recommend Encore painting.

Additionally, while working the painters had stood on my furniture and broken a light which was not reported to me. I discovered it myself and questioned the company upon my return.

I'm very happy with the high quality of work. The quote was reasonable, and everything was easy to book online. The unit was left clean and in great condition. Clear communications throughout the process. Special thanks to the painter Jonathan for such great work.

Whole Interior of Home

Started using the Encore team when we did our first minor reno (painting kitchen and cabs) 10/10 painted the entire exterior as well had it tuck and pointed 10/10 house 4 years later looks like it was painted yesterday. No flaking or touch ups needed. Now weve had the entire house painted and the interior work has again left us abundantly happy and feeling good in our home. 10/10
