Absolutely appalling work. Floors and furniture were not covered and resulted in paint splatter all over. Missed paint, poor paint coverage, low visibility areas were not completed/missed. Paint was splattered on my cabinets, floors, furniture and other belongings. The company sent someone back to clean/repaint and again my floors/furniture were not covered. trim around doors was not properly taped and there were streaks of trim paint on my front door. I am still to this day finding paint that I need to clean up.
Company did offer to pay for various cleaning charges and came to agreement on final price, but I still feel I overpaid and will never use/recommend Encore painting.
Additionally, while working the painters had stood on my furniture and broken a light which was not reported to me. I discovered it myself and questioned the company upon my return.
