This company replaced our sliding glass doors to the deck 3 years ago. They have great customer service, answer all emails promptly and are very knowledgeable.
If the project lasts more than one day, your house is left clean and free of tools and construction waste at the end of each day.
On the first day of this retrofit, Archiel contacted me to let me know that there was less work than expected and that he would revise the price. It was over $1000 cheaper than we had planned. Many contractors would have been tempted to not do the work and just pocket the money.

I used Archie and his crew for the first renovation 3 years ago. They replaced the windows on my first floor and the back and side doors. I loved their work and therefore rehired them to replace the original but badly worn front door.

The door looks spectacular and their workmanship is superb! They matched the old lintel that had to be reomoved on the inside of my 1917 house and matched it exactly. The site was as clean as it could be and my property was left better than it was before. Higly recommend him.

We recently decided to replace our windows in our home. Our house is an older double brick semi-detached and the windows were quite old. After doing a lot of research and meeting with several companies, we decided to go with Sobol Inc. Windows and Doors.

Right from the beginning, we felt confident. To put it simply, Archie’s expansive knowledge allows him to see potential problems that others miss and his consistent ability to offer proactive solutions always amazed. For example, our front bay window was sagging a little to the right, so Archie didn’t just slam the new windows into the old holes. Instead, he rebuilt our entire bay. The end result is beautiful showpiece that everyone on our block has commented on.

Further, as one might expect in an older home, some issues came to light as the old windows were removed. Not one of them phased Archie and his crew. They were always quick to offer several solutions and the end result was always wonderful.

Lastly, the project came in on time and on budget, just one more thing that left us with a giant smile at the end of the project.

Called Sobol prior to a reno because the contractors didn't do windows. Archiel was at our house taking measurements within a day (even though he was recovering from nasal surgery) and the window was in ahead of time. Archiel was friendly and informative and offered us different solutions for our windows. We are having them come back to install 5 more windows and a door. Strongly recommend!
