Over the past 10 years, I have used GTA Wildlife 3 times. Once for mice, once for squirrels and recently for a racoon. Each time was a true pleasure. Both Kevin and Troy really know their stuff and both are very easy to work with. But most importantly, they took care of the problem each time. We had mice, we had squirrels and we had a racoon and now we have none. I don't know if they are the cheapest, but for my money these are the guys to call. They're great guys who are really good at what they do.

We recently decided to replace our windows in our home. Our house is an older double brick semi-detached and the windows were quite old. After doing a lot of research and meeting with several companies, we decided to go with Sobol Inc. Windows and Doors. It is one of the best decisions that we have made. Right from the beginning, we felt confident. To put it simply, Archie’s expansive knowledge allows him to see potential problems that others miss and his consistent ability to offer proactive solutions always amazed. For example, our front bay window was sagging a little to the right, so Archie didn’t just slam the new windows into the old holes. Instead, he rebuilt our entire bay. The end result is beautiful showpiece that everyone on our block has commented on. Further, as one might expect in an older home, some issues came to light as the old windows were removed. Not one of them phased Archie and his crew. They were always quick to offer several solutions and the end result was always wonderful. Beyond expertise, the care that Archie and his crew put into our job was evident. The workmanship was beyond reproach. They took real pride in their work and left the job site perfectly clean at the end of each day. Further, Archie is incredibly easy to deal with. He is clearly interested in making sure that the job ends with a happy client and goes above and beyond to make sure that this is the case. Throughout the whole project, we always felt like Archie was as interested as we were in making sure that the final outcome was perfect. Lastly, the project came in on time and on budget, just one more thing that left us with a giant smile at the end of the project. Working Archie and Sobol Inc., we always felt like someone genuinely cared about solving our problems and not just completing a project. We can’t say enough about their professionalism, knowledge and level of customer service. All our neighbours are eager to use them in the future and we wholeheartedly recommend them.

Jan 16, 2013 We recently had to do some insulation and drywall work in our basement. After talking with several people, we settled on Lindsay Contracting and we are very happy that we did. If there is a nicer man than Damian out there, then I have yet to meet him. Damian went above and beyond to make sure that all our needs were met and even suggested options that we hadn’t even considered to improve the final product. Damian seems to be the rare contractor who listens to what you want instead of telling you what you want. He was always open to change, which was good given that the job changed scope several times. He also came in on estimate – no small thing in this day. Working with Damian and Roy, we always felt like someone genuinely cared about solving our problems and not just completing a project. I can’t say enough about their professionalism, knowledge and level of customer service. As a telling aside, Damian and Roy became such a part of our family while they were here that our boys decided to name our Christmas Elf after them.

We recently had an issue with a damp basement that several people had looked at, but no one could really solve. John took the time to look at all the possibilities and, in the end, got the right people in to solve the problem. What makes Oborne Contracting truly special is John Oborne and his team. In a world where everyone always seems too busy to get into details and explain things without jargon, they stand out. Working with them, you always feel like someone genuinely cares about solving your problems and not just completing a project. I can’t say enough about their professionalism, knowledge and level of customer service. Next time, they’ll be my first call.
