London Eco Roof Manufacturing

Being tired of replacing shingles every 10 years or so, I looked into metal roofs. The first company I called for a quote did not even show up for the estimate. Then I called London Eco-Roof and the salesman Gord was very knowledgeable about the product and installation and the quote was reasonable (only 50% more that the quotes I had from a couple of other traditional shingle installers). After talking to 2 owners of London Eco Roofs in my area, (both of whom were very satisfied with their new roof) I signed the contract and am very happy with the metal roof they installed. There was some confusion on the date of the actual install but the crew that arrived in October 2014 were friendly and professional. They completed the installation efficiently and left the work area tidy when done. The roof looks great and is not noticeably noisier than the old shingle roof. One note: The pattern of metal I selected was called Bingo - it looks great but it makes it very tricky to walk on the roof without stepping on the raised part of the metal pattern. If you step on the raised part of the metal pattern it will dent - there were a few small dents where the installers misplaced a foot. I hope it lasts 50 years or more but even if it is only 30 years it will be very cost effective.

After getting some quotations from the roofing companies and comparing the cost of shingles against metal roof we decided to chose London Eco-Roof to replace our existing roof. Thanks to Mr Kham for helping us from time of introducing the product untill they finished the installation. The crew are very professional, they did a good job despite of a bad weather condition and they remove all excess materials prior to installation.

After extensive research we chose London Eco Roofing, to replace our existing poorly installed metal roof that leaked. We had to wait longer than originally indicated for our new roof, but once installers arrived, it progressed smoothly.
The installers dealt professionally with a problem we encountered when existing roof was removed. However, this was remedied very quickly. The work crew were friendly, polite and well organized despite poor weather conditions. Our house is now warm, leak free and looks amazing. We have received many compliments from family, friends and neighbors. We would certainly recommend London Eco Roofing to anyone needing a quality aesthetically pleasing new roof.
We have rated the project 4 out of 5 because we would have liked to have received updates or better communication from the company while waiting anxiously for the job to be started. Otherwise an excellent job.

I was very impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of the installation crew. They took the time to show me what they were doing each step of the process. They made sure that my yard and driveway were completely free of debris following completion of the work. I compared three different companies, and found London Eco-Roof to be the best value.

My new metal roof looks beautiful. It had to wait a little longer than I wanted to have it installed, but once the process began it moved relatively well despite bad weather conditions. It would have been nice to have updates, or better communication from the company while I was waiting. The owners are extremely nice people who very much value your input. The installers were very professional and worked hard!

The service was great and the quality of the roof is amazing. The installation was done quickly and professionally. If you had any issues, the staff were quick to assist and resolve our concerns. We will definitely recommend this company to our friends and family.

In November 2014. a team of 4 men expertly and professionally installed our roof. They were punctual, very pleasant, well organized and knowledgeable about the task at hand and clean. The roof was installed quickly without any delays except for severe cold temperatures and wind gusts. Our house looks terrific. Please see attached picture.

Winter works program - sales staff were great with answering questions and concerns. Small issue during installation, but was handled immediately, and look forward to a final inspection. Overall great work during this winters cold temps.

Decided to replace our existing roof with a steel roof did lots of research and decided to go with London Eco Roof and they didn't disappoint, Roof looks great happy with the product despite being done in record breaking low temperatures. There was a couple of minor cleanup issues, but really in -25 degree weather I can't blame them too much.

We checked several different roofing options. The salespeople for London addressed all our concerns and presented us with a financially sound proposal. The installation crew arrived as scheduled and had the roof in quickly. We experienced a cooler home last summer and a warmer one this past winter. The roof withstood some pretty violent rainstorms and has been perfectly sound all winter. The 55 year warranty provides us with assurance that this performance will continue.
