We are very happy with the new roof we purchased. They had no problem installing the roof in January and the roof looks great on the house we purchased last year. After getting 3 different quotes it was by far the best value and looks great! The only reason I took away 1 star was they didn't quite have the colour options of one of the other companies but with a cost at 40% less we found a colour we were happy with. Great job!

Professional workers, answered all my questions. When they came to install the roof were very efficient. Left the job site clean. We have had many compliments for neighbor's passing by. We absolutely love the look of the roof.

These guys are great. Took a little bit to finally get working on installing my roof here in Rosedale neighborhood in Hamilton (8 weeks from signing the purchase agreement to roof actually being installed) but everything went well. Time of year (October to December) and the weather this time of year made it understandable it took as long as it did. Our salesman, Dan, was nice, down to earth and easy to talk to. My wife is very pleased with the looks of the new roof. Price difference for metal roof versus asphalt shingle roof (quality of installation/products and guarantee etc.) made for a very easy decision and you are dealing with professionals when you hire London Eco-Metal Manufacturing Inc. to install your new roof. Hamilton Baptist Homes is a non-profit social housing provider. We prefer long term solutions even if more expensive than short term solutions. After evaluating multiple shingle and metal roof installers, we decided to contract London Eco-Metal. RM, their sales rep, was very helpful during our 18 months of deciding . M scheduled the material drop-off and J oversaw the on-site work, including a mid job adjustment. All were very professional, not pushy, and eager to maintain the good reputation of the company. People passing by even took pictures of the work in progress!! I am anticipating the same quality workmanship on our next two projects.

We recently had a new metal roof installed and the whole experience was absolutely fantastic. Neil, our sales consultant, was really helpful in answering our many questions, and was honest and frank with us the whole time, we felt very comfortable throughout the process. Matthew, who scheduled the installation, was timely in his updates (there were some delays due to weather) and listened to our concerns for the timing of sending over the materials. The installation crew Norbert, Marcin and Jack went above and beyond, the roof looks amazing, the installation was efficient and not rushed, they identified and fixed a small problem with the eavesthroughs and plugged a hole where animals could get in as part of the installation. They were continuously cleaning up the worksite so it was always looking neat. They were very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. I would highly recommend London Eco-Metal.

From the time we got a quotation to the final clean London Eco Metal did a great job. We ordered the work in the summer had the work completed in the fall. No sound during rainstorms and the snow guards work great.

Asked for a quote online; had an representative over the next day. We were told it could be up to 6 weeks but in fact they started in 10 days. The crew were friendly and efficient. They cleaned up at the end of each day. The metal roof definitely makes our little old out-of-square house look better. Now that winter is here, we're also not getting the big icicle build-up that plagued a couple of areas.
