Once we finalized a start date it was kept and the job was performed in a reasonably timely fashion, dependant on the weather. One worker did the whole roof and two skylight replacements. I had my doubts but it ended up looking great and our upstairs is noticeably cooler. No regrets.

We interviewed few companies to re-roof. London Eco-Metal was the only company that installs a membrane on top of existing shingles. Rick came and explained the process. Offer from London Eco-Metal was in the middle in terms of price. We signed a contract.
Installers showed up and was surprised they could not communicate with us all due to language barrier. Many questions they could not answer. I wish that Rick would visit or call during installation but never heard from him. Despite my warnings, they still managed to scratch my stamped concrete on driveway. When they were done installation, I discovered a lot of screws/debris on our patio, grass and in gutters. Some areas found scratched due to their ladders.
Rick visited us to collect money. I paid in full and he promised that someone will come to follow up. Also, warranty card will come in two months. Will update when this happens!!

Very satisfied with the quality and work. Only took 2 days of work with a few days in between waiting for the materials. 1 day for the framing, and then 1 day to finish. The workers were nice and friendly and did a good job.

i had to get a new roof and decided to go with metal. after talking Dave i was happy with his presentation and decided not get a second quote. the installer was very respectful and answered all my questions. unfortunately i wasn't around when the job was completed and after i did my inspection i was concern about two issues. i call up Dave and left a message about my concerns. within ten minutes two persons called me about my concerns and the issues were dealt with. The roof looks beautiful and i am very happy with me new roof.

Since this roof was installed for $12430, there has been nothing but problems: they did not install the vents properly which allowed squirrels to enter the roof. This resulted in a pest control cost of 395.50 to have them removed. London Eco-metal sent a rep to install screen around the vents but requests for reimbursement of the $395.50 have fallen on deaf ears. Further, the roof is poorly designed: the four lower corners allow birds to nest and enter the roof internally, suggesting a lack of design foreseeability on the company's part in not seeing this and also not rectifying the matter asap. Now there are further pests under the roof. This roof cost 2-3 times what a normal shingled roof costs and is simply not worth the extra money or aggravation of suing this company for the pest, court and legal costs.

Everything went great. First Dave came out and showed samples of both colour and styles. After we chose that and a short wait time, Another Dave came out and installed the roof, It looks amazing and putting a metal roof on really changes the look of your home for the better. Glad we went with a London Eco Metal roof.

We recently decided to update our roof and come up with metal roofing.
After I contacted Dave, he explained all my advantages if we decided to replaced the shingles to metal roof. And he is really knowledgeable with all the details. And after his second visit ..we close our deal. and we are all happy..win-win !!!

We shopped around and in the end found that London Eco Metal was the most competitive quote. Our salesperson, Peter, was extremely helpful with addressing all of our questions and concerns i.e. we also had an existing Solar Panel installation. The Head Office staff were also very helpful in getting me the information that I needed to properly account for the tax implications of the work.

The installation crew really were professional and had previously done special installations that had to take into account the special requirements for the re-install of the Solar Panels. They also took into account some of our existing issues with the roof (in a couple of places) and ensured those leaks were addressed properly. They worked in cold conditions and did a great job. We are very pleased with the roof and have had many people compliment us on it.
