Since this roof was installed for $12430, there has been nothing but problems: they did not install the vents properly which allowed squirrels to enter the roof. This resulted in a pest control cost of 395.50 to have them removed. London Eco-metal sent a rep to install screen around the vents but requests for reimbursement of the $395.50 have fallen on deaf ears. Further, the roof is poorly designed: the four lower corners allow birds to nest and enter the roof internally, suggesting a lack of design foreseeability on the company's part in not seeing this and also not rectifying the matter asap. Now there are further pests under the roof. This roof cost 2-3 times what a normal shingled roof costs and is simply not worth the extra money or aggravation of suing this company for the pest, court and legal costs.
