I think this is a great product. It looks good and hopefully will last. The problem is with the installation. I got an inexperienced crew and if I were not on guard they would have installed the strapping incorrectly. Fortunately, they fixed the problem. The ridge caps were a bit crooked but they came back and fixed it mostly.
The company must spend more time training their workers properly.
