From the beginning when we met Cliff at the Ancaster Home Show to the in home presentation and quote process there was never any sign of high pressure sales that you often get from other companies. All of our questions were answered without hesitation. Being a Canadian company using Canadian made materials was a huge factor along with price in making our decision to choose London Eco-Roof for this project. We have had bad results with asphalt shingles even with the so called warranties. The installation team was fantastic from start to finish especially doing the job in March 2014. They came back after all of the snow was gone to do a final clean up, couldn't be happier. Then to our surprise a company rep came by with a helper to do a final inspection and correct any problems that he or we found. The house looks fantastic and we feel well protected with the product and the warranty. Great job from a great company. Thank you Della and Peter Grosvenor
