We have a Jenn Air gas slid in range/oven and it was taking for ever to preheat. Using Homestare we found Casacade.
Intitial email off Homestars page was at 8:30 am, the unit was REPAIRED by 1pm the same day!

I had the pleasure of meeting Steve and Linda yesterday and itwas refreshing to experience great old fashioned customer service. I called in the morning and they came in the afternoon to look at my dryer. They had me back up and running in 45 minutes and best of all I got numerous tips on appliances and extending their life. The reviews were right! Knowledgeable, effective, helpful …. Steve and Linda were great! They walked us through the repair as they fixed our fridge. We now have a fridge that works perfectly, valuable information to keep it running well and it now will likely last us a number of years and we spent a fraction of what a new fridge would have cost.

I phoned regarding our washing machine and was given such great advice, I did not even end up needing a service call. Outstanding customer service, I will call them again for any repairs!

Have a 9 year old Bosch Dishwasher which developed a leak, called the a the first appliance service company - don't service Bosch, call a couple more nothing for 3 or 4 days, call another and make an appointment and they cancel!

I look on Homestars, find Cascade and call them - they were able to come out same day, and had the part with them to fix the dishwasher!
