The MaxGreen sales person (Jay) was very professional and responsive to my service request and questions. The sales person easily accepted my contract amendments related to my health issues. The installation supervisor (Bobby) was very open to accommodating my requests related to my health issues. The installation team was very polite and professional and communicated very well with me. I had a follow up item after the installation and MaxGreen staff addressed it very quickly.

The Max Green team of three installers/finishers arrived right on time, installed four large living & dining room windows and were completely finished in two hours. They were meticulous, professional and amazingly efficient. From the estimate done by Trevor to the predicted arrival date for the windows, communication throughout was very accurate and clear. We highly recommend this company!

I cannot overstate the exceptional experience I had with MaxGreen for my full-home window and door replacement. Trevor-sales, Jim-construction management, and the construction installation team of Bryce and Emile were the best. The whole process and results were amazing. I have hired many, many contractors over the 18 years I have been in my home and I can honestly say no one has delivered as this company has!

The selection and planning phase was diligent and thorough. The installation team was exceptional; they were so professional, skilled, hardworking and their attention to detail is something else. The final product looks and performs beyond my expectations, and everyone comments on how great the windows and beautiful front entry look. It has definitely, increased the curb appeal and value of my home.

The quality of the Plygem windows and doors is excellent and at a competitive price point through MaxGreen. Most importantly though, out of the four quotes I received, none of the other companies incorporate the retrofits into the building envelope. This is an essential part of waterproofing and protecting your investment. A higher-priced and large competitor balked at this idea and told me that caulking was sufficient. Do your research.

Emil and Bryce (the installers) were unbelievable - if only all trades were like MAXgreen. Polite, efficient, patient and incredibly helpful. When they left, you would have never known any work was done - there was no mess left over! The staff at the office are friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend them and will use them for every service they can offer.

The initial Quote through Jay was meticulous and he listened to my request to pause the door install to allow me to do some related work. This was done and the final measurement guy showed up and verified what was needed. The windows arrived and I had several days notice to get things cleared up. The installers were outstanding. They were very friendly and worked well together. I felt bad sitting on my hands but appreciated their need to do everything their way. At every stage the progress was pointed out explained and they cleaned up as they went. I gave the installers 11 out of 10 for their excellent service. Exceptional professional tradesmen. Our home desperately needed a new kitchen window and Maxgreen was our choice because 1) Rick was very knowledgeable and very friendly; 2) Maxgreens warranty is the best, and 3) they came in earlier than expected to get our window installed. We purchased 3 large windows for our home 7 years ago from Max Green, they have been good windows (Triple Pane) I had some questions this year about maintenance and preventative measures, and not only were my questions answered but I was shown how to look after them. Truly above an beyond in this case. Thanks Jim and the team at max green, even after 7 years they still treated us like family.
I would honestly say that Max Green is a Service based company that just happens to sell windows.

Our original windows were in dire need of replacement in our master on suite bathroom and our main floor guest room.

MaxGreen were competitive and very helpful in our selection/choice of replacement windows.

The installers were polite, courteous and answered all of our questions throughout the process.

The work did not take very long and within a few hours, we had two beautiful new windows in place.

Once done, the installers ensured everything was cleaned up and walked us through each room to show us the finished install.

We were asked if we had any questions about our new windows or if we had any questions or concerns.

All in all, we are most impressed with MaxGreen and will bring them back to do another 4 more windows.

Our windows look fantastic, we can already hear a difference in reduced noise and are looking forward to reduce energy bills this winter. The door is a showstopper, we love it. The scheduling communication could've been a bit better and we did have a few installation issues but they were corrected efficiently and professionally. This company advocates for its employees which is incredibly admirable.

MAXgreen did a great job on a bay window replacement in my rental property. The job was a bit tricky as it required some coordination with another company to repair the rot on the condo corp-owned exterior wall but in the end they were able to make it work. The quality of the window and quality of the install was amazing. Really happy I chose MAXgreen out of the 3 quotes I received. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking at a window project!
