The whole process went smoothly from 1st contact to after windows were installed. Any questions I had were answered quickly. The installers arrived on time and if they were going to be late, I received a phone call. They were polite, efficient and everything was cleaned up.

Ordered two new windows for my daughter's old house and the windows came in ahead of schedule and were installed quickly without any issues at all. MaxGreen replaced our main windows some years ago and it was an easy decision to have them replace our basement windows. Good communication with the company throughout the project. My new windows were intalled last summer. They were prompt, efficient and the quality of work was amazing. They also helped repair some rotten siding from a previous flower box. After the last cold spell, ice was forming at the bottom of my new doors installed by Max Green. Sent them a note on Saturday evening and on Monday I got a call from Cory of Maxgreen. He swung by in the afternoon looked at the issues and explained to me the problem. He rectified the 1st door and the second door he had to come the next day as he had to bring additional materials.
