We definitely are not the "lowest-cost" choice in this industry, but that is because we back up our reputation with the best installation materials, best products with lifetime warranties, exceed standard industry practices, and compensate our team well to ensure we attract and retain the best people in our industry. Skilled labour isn't "cheap", but "cheap" labour is rarely skilled. And cost is always relative. Would you rather save $1,000 now and have to do the work again in 10 years along with rot repair caused by leaks? Or does it actually save in the long run to do things right the first time. We certainly believe in doing things right the first time and providing an exceptional customer experience in the process. Hello Kim! Thank you so much for your kind words. Unfortunately there is a lot of rot in your entire complex because older building codes and quality control was lacking in the past. And even current new construction standards are not quite up to MAXgreen standards, which results in rushed jobs during the builds and water leakage problems down the road. This is an all too common occurrence, and is why MAXgreen works so hard to educate homeowners about how to ensure their windows, doors, siding, and roofing are installed the correct way the first time, so they remain LEAK-PROOF in the future.
