Hired Larry to replace the liner on our pool. He was very responsive at first. Though he would do a great job. We insured that the contract included opening the pool. Once the job was completed, the pool was leaking. Larry claimed that he was a Leak Specialist. He came out twice to try to deal with the leak problem. When the leak continued he suddenly dropped off the face of the earth and would not return phone calls or emails. Over a week later, when he finally responded after I left many messages and emails, he claimed that he had done all that he could and that we should seek the services of a "Leak Specialist". He concluded that he could not do anything further and would not take responsibility for the work he had done. He was not even willing to come back if we paid him more.
Larry is young and immature and unable to run a business. We are now faced with bringing in another pool company to clean up his mess. What looked like a promising relationship has ended up being very disappointing.
I would NOT RECOMMEND POOL BUOY SERVICE.

We do apologize for any inconvenience, Susan. We tried our best to rectify the leak situation ourselves and were unsuccessful. While we have a wealth of training and equipment at our disposal we don't claim that we can find every leak in every pool. We tried our best and we gave you the option of having us call in someone else and paying them directly if the leak was as a result of our workmanship which was stated clearly in our e-mail. You were not told to find your own company for fix the leak at any time as we were going to arrange that.
