We purchased our GE washer/dryer and almost 1 year to the date of the anniversary, the washing machine started making squealing noises.
We were told deal with their warranty department that ran us around with 2 visits by a local appliance company that couldn't figure out the problem
Next we had to chase repeatedly Leon's and warranty services to get a new machine with many calls and emails. Leon's really didn't show after care service and basically walked away .
The warranty company delivery service calls us the first time with only a half hour notice to deliver. We called them back and arranged for a Saturday so I could disconnect my own machine. The delivery guys were great but what a disappointment for the entire Leon's operation.
I would really question going back to Leon's after all the purchases we have made over the years.
