Dennis and Sean were very professional and reliable. Any questions or concerns I had were addressed quickly. Worked diligently to stay on schedule. Their main carpenter (Rob) was very experienced and provided quality work.

The project was a complete renovation and reorientation of fixtures for both the master and hallway shared bathroom. The project team (Dennis & Sean) and sub contractors are experienced tradesman and the finished work is proof of their quality craftsmanship.
If you are thinking of any renovation work, expect the house to be dusty even though the team cleans up daily. Prepare your budget for additional cost due to unforeseen work once the walls and floors are removed. We had additional work due to poor "builder" installed products or workmanship, however, Dennis & Sean do recommend affordable solutions and if required call upon other reputable sub contractors.
Due to the number of variables, the completion date of your renovation project may over-run due to on the availability of material, sub contractors and unforeseen work. I would recommend Dennis & Sean along with their sub contractors to mitigate these activities and hire them for any future projects.

The work was done well, all the guys kept doing their work on time. All issues were resolved in timely manner and very satisfied with the final work. Only issue I had was some communication gap with Dennis, and because of this some work was missed. To get this work included again would have caused the delay in finishing the work. Also their online software did not work properly for communications, as well as payments. Everything else was good and satisfied with the work.

Excellent communication. Quality work. Timing pretty good, but we were not living through the reno. Respectful of property . Great to work with.
