GLI Landscaping

From first e-mail and phone contact with Sandra to shaking Jordan's hand for an amazing job well done, it was a phenomenal experience. Sandra visited our house and with some plot plans did an awesome CAD drawing of the landscaping we wanted for the front and back. Sandra had great suggestions and very detailed quotes. She was very patient with all our changes to the drawings and estimates and was very quick to respond (unlike other contractors that took over a week to give a ball park estimate). The payment schedule and method was very convenient for us too.

Once the job started, Jordan was extremely knowledgeable, understanding, and easy to talk to. He walked us through the plan of what he was going to do and explained everything in good detail. We discussed what would be good, not so good, etc. I felt very confident he had my best interests at heart. He made a great suggestion that made so much practical sense for our front yard grass. And the way he thought about planting our trees in the back showed how much he really cared and had practicality in mind.

I was also away for most of the project and they sent me nice updates too. From the first meetings, I had confidence I could go on vacation while they completed the project. When we got back to see the results, it was amazing. He even showed us some of the little things that he did that makes a big difference and separates himself from a regular contractor to an amazing fully dedicated one. We even added/changed a couple things as the project went on and Jordan completed it all flawlessly. Part of our fence was built by others and wasn't quite smooth, and when I compare it to Jordan's work: night and day! The final walk through with Jordan was great too, answered all my questions about maintenance and what not.

There is some remaining work, which I don't mind. Some of the plants at the nursery were not good at the time and they will come back to finish it later. Which means they always want to do what's right and do it properly, not just finish it, run and go to the next job. They care! And they stayed within budget.
I can't keep saying great things about GLI. Highly recommend them.
