Although someone came the day before to check out what was exactly needed to replace our old boiler I was aked if we had any buckets for bleeding out the lines?? They removal and install took over 14 hours! We were promised spasific replacements of pipes, clean up of pipes by having them removed and placed closer to the wall to accomodate the new unit (they just extending the existing pipes), electrical switch to be mounted properly etc. These things were not done at all. They cleaned the interior mess and left everything in a bucket for me to toss and exterior (cutting of brick, etc) was left for me to clean. I'm into our thrid month with this new unit and on our third service call, two previously were the tank not turning on (faulty unit and was replaced the second time) and now a small gate glued to an exterior pipe has fallen off. I wouldnt suggest this company to anyone but if you do go with these guys PLEASE make sure each and everything the estimiater says is written on the Invoice....
ONE THING TO NOTE WITH TANKLESS...its takes a few minutes for the water to heat up so before I was able to turn on our shower and jump right in ...now I turn it on and leave it running for a bit to heat up.... sometimes when another faucet is on it drops in temp I've had 2 other people who have this same problem with tankless.

There was an expensive part in an old boiler that was acting up again. I knew I wanted a High Efficiency boiler AND if I kept the old water heater I would have to later the chimney and get a new chimney liner.

I decided on a Navien Combi boiler / water heater and Ontario Energy Source. Things took some tweaking. Some of my pipe work is from before 1930. There were 3 service calls -- no charge at my convenience. They come weekends and evenings.

The best thing of all is my gas bill. I am paying 1/2 what what it was last year!

I have just purchase an Navien tankless and an american standard furnace with OES.
I am happy that I went with these guys and I would refer them to others.
They did good installation and gave me a great deal. thanks OES

I bought a furnace from Ontario Energy Source on November and had to call them once to replace a thermostat and help me program the new thermostat and was done within the same day at no charge.
Over all, we are satisfied with our decision and the company.

This is still an ongoing problem I am having with my Furnace. I've had to continually get the technicians from this company come out and fix new problems that I am coming across. I've had nothing but problems since the furnace has been intalled and the only concern I have now is what problems I may come across with the waterheater and a/c unit. Buyer beware with this company!!

Great product, Great service. David did the installation at our house and we were very happy with his work. Unlike most contractors, he cleaned up after his work. Happy with the service and will give them referal.

and furnace doesn't work and tankless leaking but i called them they said you have to pay and i have wrriting 10 years laber warranty but they say you have to pay so i will take them to court

I have a semi detached house and it was a challenge to get my new furnace and A/C installed with the required venting.

Norman did not give up to find a solution.

Ray the installer did a fine job and was happy and satisfied with the explanations of the work.

System has been in a few weeks now and my house is nice and comfortable.

I would recommend.
