A friend recommended to call John after my boiler was Red Tagged during my annual maintenance and inspection which I pay into monthly on my gas bill. Before I called John, I was told that my boiler could not be fixed and that I had to purchase a new boiler (they even sent a salesperson that same day).
John sent a service person in who came immediately and told me that I didn't need a new boiler, that he could fix it and bring it back to code. He came the next day, fixed the boiler and cleared the Red Tag.
The service was great, informative and the cost was very reasonable. I didn't have to wait a four hour window as I did for the other company. Where the other companies tried to sell me a new boiler, John tried to make sure that it could be fixed first.
I am very thankful for all the help the company provided and I was able to save the expense of having to buy a new boiler.
