Poor quality installation, very difficult talking to anyone, they never answer the phone but hid behind voice mail.
Ask for a service call and they send the technician to the wrong city. Takes more than a week to get service. Should have never done business with this company!

As the location of the Machine Room was changed from what was signed off on and the builder had left the site, the installation was not ideal from our side. We are not responsible for construction of the Machine Room and we installed to the best of our abilities even though they differed from what was confirmed was going to happen on-site. We always advise, as indicated on our drawings, that sleeves be provided between the machine room and hoistway to run our equipment. We have provided you with a solution to cleaning up the current wiring and are awaiting your reply.
Emails are a good way to capture everything for both parties. There is a team behind the emails, and we have been responsive, and you have communicated with a few of our colleagues.
We can understand your frustration with us sending the tech to a different city and were able to accommodate the next day to lessen the inconvenience.
