Replacement of Main Sanitary Drain
I had a partial blockage in the main drain and hired DrainCity to do a full replacement from the city connection back to my basement, and the removal of the building trap in the basement floor. I also requested the installation of an exterior backwater valve.
From the very beginning of the project to the end, I was thoroughly impressed with how courteous, prompt, and hard-working the staff were, and the quality of their work. I expected machinery to be used to excavate the front lawn, but learned that all excavation is done by shovel! I have nothing but praise for their diligence and work ethic. The scale of the project and the labour involved was beyond my initial expectations. I would definitely say there was value for money and the amount I paid was very cost-effective compared to some of the other estimates I received. And they were there at the end to answer my questions and provide me with a demonstration on how to clean the new backwater valve that was installed. I couldn't have asked for a better customer experience.
