When the crews that installed the patio door and window were , corteous, professional, efficient and tidy. Amazing!! The door and window have roller screens and privacy shade built into it. I have been looking for a door that will fit the style of my newly renovated kitchen. I have been to places but only Magic Door/windows did the best in walking me over the process and the quality I am looking for. The people that works here are amazing and very helpful. The retractable screens and shades take a minute to get used to but we love our windows.

They are not the cheapest windows out there, but you get what you pay for.

One of the Magic Windows I installed 3 months ago had its latch broke off so I had to make a service call based on warranty. I filled out the online form and the next day a service rep from Magic called and scheduled the replacement. It was my first opportunity to test Magics claim on good after -sale services and they did not disappoint, the technician came shortly and replaced the part in 5 min.

Good experience and another reason to go with Magic Windows.
