I listen to news talks 1010 every single ingle day and i heard advertisements for a company with these amazing windows. I didn't think much of it at first until i purchased my home in Newcastle and started some home renovations. Stared with the usual backyard, front of the house and then the basement. It wasn't until i the casement window crank broke off from one of the windows and i went to the hardware store to replace that i knew there was an issue. I could not find it anywhere no matter where i looked. So i started to look more closely at the windows and all the heat/cool air that escaped. Driving into work again i heard the advertisement again on the radio so i decided to give Magic Windows a call. The next Saturday Derek came to my home to listen to what i wanted. There was no buy now sales pitch, just education on the different types of windows and how the current windows are built in modern homes. Basically builders do the bare minimum to meet code. Did i mention the demo? Well Derek walked with a few demo windows of current design in homes and he brought the Magic Window demos. Night and day comparison here folks. The ease of use and bye bye casement window crank. The built in blinds and mesh is part of the reason i decided to buy. They kept me updated during the manufacturing phases by email and Derek phoned several time as well. The install team was prompt and professional and clean. They lined my floors so as not to get anything dirty and followed strict covid-19 protocols. They answered all my questions about the materials they were using and how it would benefit our heating /cooling bills year round. In no time the old windows were removed and the new magic windows were in. They are really magic. I look at this as a long term investment since we have no intentions of moving so the cost is nothing when you look at it from that standpoint. Long term peace of mind instead of a low budget window option. And no more cranks. The rooms and bedroom now allow more light and a clear view since the screen retracts. I highly recommend this team

He followed up with phone calls and showed up on the day of the installation to make sure everything was good. Mikki their installer was top notch from start to finish. These guys are a definite asset to their company.

I love that the screens are hidden in the side when the windows are closed and can be easily pulled over when I want to open them. I couldn't be happier and would highly recommend this company.

I ordered Magic Window 10 years ago on my home in Port Credit . Salesman Alex was great. Fast forward 2021 I ordered 5 more windows for home in Streetsville. Same Salesman, Alex. Same installation team. 10 years later. That is a good team/ company! Love the hide a screen feature.

Last week I had 8 windows replaced by Magic Windows.... and they look beautiful. They have changed the entire appearance of my home. The windows are sliders, casement and full pane, all with retractable screens and blinds. The entire experience was very smooth and hassle free from the initial phone calls, initial visit and measurements to installation. The team kept me informed of visits and progress. The installation was very fast and all debris was removed from site. I appreciate the time the installers took to explain the operation of the windows, locks, screen, blinds, the cleaning, warranty and maintenance. We were searching for a door system that would open completely to allow full access to our deck from our sunroom. We purchased a window wall from magic and we are happy with our purchase!

Replaced 2 storeys' worth of circa 1985 windows earlier this month. Sched 4 days, done in 2 1/2. 2 lovely installers were very hardworking, esp in the very cold weather at the time, good-humoured, tidy. These windows are QUIET (have to go near skylight to check whether it's windy out), snowplows & garbage trucks barely audible. They let in so much more light, thermal/black-out blinds in 10 windows exclude all my neighbours' all-night flood lights, and make it warmer still. Showering near the bathroom slider is no longer a cold at best, drafty at worst, experience.
