We replaced windows that were over 30 years old and which were leaky. We visited the showroom to see the windows as they are not a common window type, it is more of what I consider a European style window that opens outwards.
We liked the fact that you can pull the screen when required. It gives a nice clean sight without the screen. We also liked the fact that the window comes with a pull out sun shade, letting light in and keeping the sun out - you can also get a darkening shade as part of the window package.
